Everybody needs a mentor in their career. One right mentor can positively influence someone’s career trajectory. However, students in the rural and underprivileged urban areas do not often get an opportunity to interact with mentors who have been successful in their field to make their career decisions. Our mission is to connect each rural youth with the right mentor.
प्रत्येकाला आपल्या करिअर मध्ये वेळोवेळी मार्गदर्शकांची गरज भासते. एक योग्य गुरू एखाद्याच्या करियरचा मार्ग सकारात्मकपणे प्रभावित करू शकतो. तथापि, ग्रामीण भागातील विद्यार्थ्यांना त्यांच्या करिअरचे निर्णय घेण्यासाठी योग्य मार्गदर्शकांशी संवाद साधण्याची संधी मिळत नाही. या प्रोजेक्टचे ध्येय अशा तरुणांना करिअर मार्गदर्शन मिळवून देण्यासाठी योग्य मार्गदर्शक (मेंटॉर) उपलब्ध करून देणे हे आहे.
